THINGS TO KNOW

Facilities: Ashelynn’s lovely “Vintage” chapel will fulfill every brides dream. Old country charm with seating for up to 275 guests will give you and your guests the feeling of home. There is a special bridal room where she can watch her wedding ceremony unfold … Our Carriage House is a beautiful 5000 square foot facility that can accommodate 275 guests, with air conditioning, heating, wood paneled walls, stone columns, wood beams, metal ceilings, custom color “up lighting”, ceramic wood flooring, stacked stone fire place and 34 stunning crystal chandeliers. There is a magnificent stone wrapped 14 ft. long bar with a granite top to serve your guests beverages from. Our “Manor” is a great formal environment for intimate gatherings. The Manor has two lovely upstairs bedrooms that are used for the bride and her party to get dressed in. We also have the gorgeous “Ashelynn Suite” for additional dressing accommodations. Our “Groom’s Cottage” gives the groom and groomsmen a great place to dress. The Cottage has comfortable leather sofas, three dressing rooms with masculine furnishings, a kitchenette and satellite T.V. for their enjoyment and relaxation. 

Your access to the venue on your day: The bridal party will have access to the venue all-day for finishing touches of their decorating, dressing and photo time before the ceremony. For our mid-day Sunday events that are 3 hours, the bridal party will have early morning access to the venue for finishing touches of their decorating, dressing and photo time before the ceremony as well. Our Sunday 1 or 2 hour event times, the bridal party has 2 hour dressing and photo time. Please, do not leave children unattended under any circumstances.

Your Ceremony: We provide bridal coordinator, sound system and sound engineer. If you would like to personalize your ceremony music, you are welcome to do so. Ashelynn Manor, provides the white wedding chairs for our Gazebo ceremonies, unity candle stand or unity sand pedestal, and a hostess to meet your guests however; we do not allow outside wedding/bridal coordinators for the day of your wedding. We will also gladly taxi your elderly and/or physically challenged guests to your reception in our “Ashelynn Manor” golf cart. You are provided a security officer to assist your guests in parking.

Alcohol: Our clients are permitted to bring in their own beer & wines of choice to serve their guests. A licensed insured bartender from our preferred bar service company is required. If you so choose to serve hard liquor, we require you, the client, choose one of our all-inclusive bar packages. No outside liquor or bartender are permitted at an event. No one under the age of 21 will be served and shots are prohibited. Also required, is an additional security officer for events that will be serving alcohol, an additional expense to the client. 

Retainer: A retainer of $1000.00 is required to secure your date and to remove the availability of that date from our schedule. Your retainer will be applied to your final payment. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or client if the event is rescheduled or cancelled. 

Payments: The payment schedule is as follows: $350.00 minimum monthly payment due on the 15th of every month. 120 days (4 months) prior to the event, 50% of the event invoice balance is due unless this has been satisfied by the monthly payments. The final payment is due 30 days (1 month) before the event. Monthly payments are required and may be made at www.ashelynnmanor.com through our payment portal with Authorize.net. Clients may call our office and make a payment over the phone, mail in a check/money order or set us up on your banking bill pay to automatically issue Ashelynn Manor a monthly check. The final guest count and additional charges are due fifteen days before the scheduled event. 

We suggest you reserve for a lower guest count then, add as your event date approaches.
